As my resume reflects, I am a seasoned Identity mgt. hands-on architect with 100% development experience on OIM as a product.

In my most current assignment I have extensively utilized most of  the customization and development capabilities provided in OIM 11g R2 PS2 for Dept. of Veternas Affairs and DoD

Development of OIM connectors using ICF framewrok of 11gR2  is my forte. I have full grasp over this framework and its API
to instrument any third-party resource through  OIM as I have developed connectors for legacy applications.

Being hands-on developer  on SOA framework, I have created complex approval workflows involving multi-level approvers for OIM request based provisioning.

Certification and Attestation is my other most important task where-in  I have coded the full reporting and auditing module of the system.

I have developed several GUI customization layers on top of plain vanila OIM 11g R2 for developing user-friendly catalogs for provisiong using ADF as the development tool.

I have harnessed the new OIM capacity of orchectrating entities  and plug-in based event handlers for UDFs as well as developed several Scheduled Jobs for reconcilition from hetrogenious sources and for manipulating the complete flow of events in OIM faric.

I have extensively used OIM API layer in developing programmatic clients to interact with OIM for entire life-cycle management of entites.

Being an OIM architect, I have full understanding in interal OES-based authorization layer of OIM as well  deployment of complex OIM topology on multi node environment.

Besides, I have integrated majority of surrounding products namely LDAPs (OVD, OUD, OID) as well as developement of Single-sign on solution of the system using Oracle Access Manager with OIM and the business applications.
